Name Time Method To compare the functional outcomes of single lag screw Versus helical blade cephalomedullary nailing in the treatment of intertrochanteric femur fractures using Modified Harris Hip scoreTimepoint: 6 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.To assess the effect of co morbidities on clinical and radiological outcome.

2.To assess the difference in pullout rate among both the implants.

3.To compare the change in neck shaft angle in both the implants.

4.To assess the relation between implant position and cut out rate.

5.To assess the difference in union rates using both the implants.

6.To assess the change in neck length after surgery between two groups

Timepoint: 6 months
