Patients with position B and C impacted teeth. (Pell And Gregory Classification)
Skeletally matured patients.
Radiographically bilaterally symmetrical impactions.
ASA I and ASA II
Therapeutic impactions (required for orthodontic extractions and prosthetic rehabilitation)
Medically compromised patients systemically contraindicated for surgery.
Reported allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the products used in the study which include allergy or hypersensitivity to Silver.
ASA III and ASA IV
Bony pathologies.
Non -compliance patients
Chronic smokers.
