Inclusion Criteria
1. Both genders,
2. VAS: 4 - 8
3. Knee pain more than 3 months
4. Willing to participate in study,
5. Kellgren and Lawrence system of classification Grade 1, 2 and 3.
6. Able to sit to stand and lie down on stomach.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Recent lower limb fractures,
2. Neurological conditions,
3. Contraindication to manual therapy,
4. Post traumatic osteoarthritis knee,
5. Previous Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) or scheduled for TKA
6. Uncontrolled hypertension
7. Radiating leg pain
8. BMI < 30.

Name Time Method 1.Western Ontario McMaster University Osteoarthritis index (WOMAC).Timepoint: 2 week, 3 months, 6 months
