be a cardiac patient
orientation to place & time & persons
age between 20 to 70 years old
Exclusion Criteria
be pregnanted
be a malignant patient
have any fracture at feet or hands
be a hand or foot amputated person
be sensitive to hand or foot massage
be an unstable angina case
