785 pregnant women were enrolled: 375 non-intervention group and 410 intervention group. Influenza vaccine uptake among non-intervention group was 55.5% compared to 65.6% in intervention group (p 0.004), factors determine vaccine acceptance was total visits at ANC clinic of more than 10 times. Pertussis vaccine uptake was 52.8% among non-intervention group, while increasing to 67.3% in intervention group (p 0.001). Factors determine pertussis vaccine acceptance was ANC at the tertiary care hospital.
