- •*Neurological long-term care patients
- •* Functional equinus for more than 6 months
- •* Limited range of motion in the upper ankle joint – ROM
- •- Passive dorsiflexion maximum value with goniometer 0°, both in 0° and in 90° knee flexion
- •- Active dorsiflexion maximum value with goniometer 0°, both in 0° and in 90° knee flexion
排除标准
- •*Structural equinus (fixed contracture)
- •* Previous knee or ankle surgery
- •* Injuries to the musculoskeletal system that have not healed
- •* Movement restrictions neutral-zero, e.g. extension/flexion at the knee < 0-0-100
- •* Rheumatic diseases
