  • •DURATION OF SURGERY MORE THAN 2 HOURS.
  • •ABDOMINAL SURGERY REQUIRING LITHOTOMY POSITION.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •ASA Grade III \& IV.
  • •Respiratory disorders.
  • •N2O Administration.
