Inclusion Criteria
Women aged 15-49 years, have regular menstrual cycles of 21 to 35 days.
Presenting with signs and symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (physical, psychological & social symptoms for at least 3 menstrual cycles, as per PSST scale (premenstrual syndrome screening tool)
Exclusion Criteria
Diagnosed cases of major psychological disorder.
Women use anxiolytics, antidepressants, mood stabilizers, and sedatives within two months.
Women with uncontrolled endocrine diseases (DM,Thyroid disorder).
On OCPs and lactating women.
