入选标准
- •Women aged 15-49 years, have regular menstrual cycles of 21 to 35 days.
- •Presenting with signs and symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (physical, psychological & social symptoms for at least 3 menstrual cycles, as per PSST scale (premenstrual syndrome screening tool)
排除标准
- •Diagnosed cases of major psychological disorder.
- •Women use anxiolytics, antidepressants, mood stabilizers, and sedatives within two months.
- •Women with uncontrolled endocrine diseases (DM,Thyroid disorder).
- •On OCPs and lactating women.
