Inclusion Criteria
1. age between 18 and 70
2. Increased stress level (PSS-10 > 12)
3. command of the German language, both written and spoken
Exclusion Criteria
1. arhythmia (extrasystole, auricular fibrillation)
2. permanantly regulatively pacemaker
3. diseases of the heart or vessels
4. lung diseases
5. neurological and psychological diseases
6. intake of pharmaceutical drugs or pills
