Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. age between 18 and 70
  • •2\. Increased stress level (PSS\-10 \> 12\)
  • •3\. command of the German language, both written and spoken

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. arhythmia (extrasystole, auricular fibrillation)
  • •2\. permanantly regulatively pacemaker
  • •3\. diseases of the heart or vessels
  • •4\. lung diseases
  • •5\. neurological and psychological diseases
  • •6\. intake of pharmaceutical drugs or pills
