Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea will be selected randomly
  • •2\. Age groups between 18 to 25 years shall be selected
  • •3\. Patients suffering from dysmenorrhea for more than 2 consecutive cycles
  • •4\. Married and unmarried women will be incorporated for the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Any space occupying lesion
  • •2\. Women with Irregular menstrual cycles
  • •3\. Secondary dysmenorrhea
  • •5\. Women diagnosed with congenital anomalies of reproductive tract
  • •5\. Other medical disorders which make patient at 6\. high risk like Epilepsy, Anemia, Heart
  • •disease, Diabetes, Bronchial Asthma
