•1) Those diagnosed with pre-hypertension (systolic blood pressure 120-139mmHg or diastolic blood pressure 80-89mmHg) or high blood pressure (systolic blood pressure 140mmHg or diastolic blood pressure 90mmHg) without being prescribed medication for diabetes (100-125mg/dL or HbA1c 5.7-6.4%) or those diagnosed with diabetes (more than 126mg/dL or HbA1c 6.5% per fasting blood), or those diagnosed with hyperlipidemia (more than 130mg/dL) without being prescribed medication for hyperlipidemia (more than 130mg/dL of LDL cholesterol or more)
•2) Men and women aged 19 or older with Korean nationality
•3) Residents of Goyang Si, Paju Si, and Gimpo Si
•4) A person who owns a smartphone in his or her name
•5) A person who has Wi-Fi installed in the home where the subject lives or uses mobile phone data
•6) Those who measure blood pressure during this examination (test), include fasting blood glucose or glycated hemoglobin test, and LDL cholesterol test results
•7) Those who understand the purpose of the study, agree to participate in the study, and wish to do so

•1) Those who do not agree to participate in this study
•2) As a result of this examination (test), none of the diseases currently diagnosed and undergoing medication are high blood pressure, diabetes or hyperlipidemia, or all three are marked
•3) Those who have been diagnosed with cancer are currently undergoing chemotherapy, radiation therapy, within three months of completion of treatment, or within three months of cancer surgery
•4) Those who can't speak, hear or read Korean
•5) A person who is deemed unable to conduct this investigation due to medical conditions (such as difficulty breathing) by the judgment of the medical provider
•6) men and women under the age of 19
•7) Non-Republic of Korea Nationality
•8) Residents outside Goyang Si, Gimpo Si, Paju Si
•9) A person who doesn't have a smartphone in his or her name
•10) Those who do not measure blood pressure or do not include fasting blood glucose or glycated hemoglobin test or LDL cholesterol test results during this examination (test)
•11) A person who does not have Wi-Fi installed in the home where the subject lives or does not use mobile phone data
