入选标准
- •1. Hb E/Beta-thalassemia patients who received regular blood transfusion for >1 year before enrollment in the study
- •2. Hb E/Beta-thalassemia patients who underwent allogeneic HSCT from October, 2003 to March, 2019 and were followed up >1 year before enrollment in the study and recovered completely without transfusion dependence
排除标准
- •1.Patients who had abnormal TFT before diagnosis with severe Hb E/Beta-thalassemia
- •2.Patients who had thyroid function test done less than twice during treatment
- •3.Patients who were treated with HSCT more than one time
