Thai adolescents 10-15 year old runs on the treadmill achieved stage 6 for an average of 18 minutes. The heart rate was increased 191% and showed a strong correlation with the speed. At peak exercise showed the female and group greater than 13 years old was significantly increased heart rate.

1. They are children age not greater than 16 years old underwent exercise stress test since 1 Jan 2017- 31 DEC 2022
2. They have normal pediatric echocardiogram without cardiac heart disease confirm by echocardiographic report in Ramathibodi Hospital available for retrospectively study
3. The Exercise stress test report and Echocardiographic report not difference time greater than 6 months.
4. Both report must complete in parameter consist of Heart rate, Gender, Age, Time, Speed, Mode, METs, Stage of exercise and high quality of printing for able to reading or interpretation.
1. age greater than 16 years old and not underwent exercise stress test since 1 Jan 2017- 31 DEC 2022
2. There was cardiac heart disease show in echocardiographic report. accept small PFO <3 mm. and trace/mild tricuspid regurgitation pressure gradian lower than 35 mmHg. (no significant hemodynamic)
3. The Exercise stress test report and Echocardiographic report (both report) have difference time greater than 6 months.
4. Both report not be completely in parameter consist of Heart rate, Gender, Age, Time, Speed, Mode, METs, Stage of exercise and poor quality of printing enable to reading or interpretation.
