1. Primary Caregivers of in-patients who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia (According to ICD 10, F20, F25 and F29).
2. Caregivers of patients who have been ill at least for a minimum of 3 months.
3. Caregivers who continue care giving for the patient even after discharge from the hospital
4. Caregivers who are willing to participate daily in yoga/psychosocial training for a period of 7 days.
6. Language known by caregivers: Tamil, Kannada, Hindi or English
1. Caregivers diagnosed with having severe psychiatric or neurological disorders
2. Caregivers having another relative with psychiatric or neurological illness
3. Caregivers who have undergone formal yoga training (certificate course from a recognized institute) and practicing yoga regularly for the past 1 month.
4. Caregivers who have already gone through the yoga training programme by Swami Vivekanand Yoga Anusandhanam Samastha (SVYASA).
