Inclusion Criteria
Patients with systemic infection treated with vancomycin
Complete the informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
Concurrent renal failure
Concomitant use of another nephrotoxic drug
Patients with severe dehydration
Patients with elevated urea and creatinine at baseline and initial testing
