Inclusion Criteria

1. Participants were diagnosed with prediabetes using fasting plasma glucose value 100â€125 mg/dl.
2. Have a previously recorded plasma glucose value in the prediabetes range within the last one years
3. Have a mobile phone and willing to use it as part of the study

Exclusion Criteria

1. Diagnosed with diabetes, or diabetes detected at baseline visit.
2. Pregnant
