1. Patient willing with written informed consent and patients of age 10-16 years parents’ consent will be taken
2. Age group of 10 to 50 years.
3. Patients with clinical features of traumatic simple fractures of long bones of upper limb will be included after screening.
4. Patients irrespective of gender, occupation and economic status will be included
1. Patients suffering with systemic disorders like Diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis, HIV and Hepatitis, renal diseases will be excluded.
2. Open fractures, multiple, compound or comminuted fractures and fractures other than upper limbs.
3. Patients with nerves and vessels injury.
4. Infective diseases of the bone like, Osteomyelities, T.B.
5. Patients below the age 10 years and above the age 50 years.
