入选标准
- •All pregnant female of age between 20 ââ?¬â?? 35 years with more than 37 weeks of singleton pregnancy of ASA physical status of grade ââ?¬â?? II only undergoing elective LSCS under spinal anesthesia will be included
排除标准
- •1.Patients refusing for being part of the study
- •2.Patients who had obstetric complications, multiple gestation or suspected fetal abnormality.
- •3.History of spine deformity or spine surgery, hepatic failure, neuromuscular disorders.
- •4.Chronic history of headache and backache, infection in the back.
- •5.Any absolute or relative contraindication to study drug.
- •6.Uncooperative patients.
- •7.Coagulopathy or patients taking anticoagulants
- •8.Patient with history of cardiac or respiratory diseases
