- indication and procedure of an external valvuloplasty
- verbal sklills and cognitive ability for the Quality of life questionaire
- written informed consent
- preoperative duplexsonography
Exclusion Criteria
- age < 18
- examination in a study centre
- general contraindication for external
- valvuloplasty of the great saphenous vein
- contralateral phlebological intervention of the great saphenous vein
- rejection of consent
