Inclusion Criteria
1. Confirmed HIV infection
2. Age 18 years or more
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of alcohol consumption > 140 g/week for men and > 70g/week for women.
2. Subjects who are HBsAg positive
3. Subjects who are anti HCV antibody positive
4. Any other known cause of liver disease , eg Autoimmune hepatitis
5. Obese subjects, those with known Diabetes Mellitus, Hypothyroidism
6. Pregnancy and/or lactation

Name Time Method 1.To assess the occurrence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) among people living with HIV (PLHIV). <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>2.To assess hepatic fibrosis among PLHIV with NAFLD using transient elastography and clinical fibrosis score. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: single point assessment at enrollment
