Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •PG – Individuals with visually impairment (Pilates intervention); CG – Individuals with visually impairment (no Pilates intervention); from the age of 18 to 59; both genders.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with a cognitive deficit; individuals who were reporting in the anamneses hearing or sensory deficiency, pathology in the labyrinth and individuals who were carrying out treatments and / or other physical activities that interference in the muscular force, flexibility and balance.
