入选标准
- •1) Persons who are between 20 and 35 years of age at the time of obtaining consent.
排除标准
- •1) Those with difficulty in blood collection due to alcohol allergy or vasovagal reflex, etc.
- •2) Patients with pre-existing medical conditions (cardiovascular, liver, endocrine, brain/neurological, psychiatric, etc.), taking therapeutic drugs, or having a history of such conditions that may affect the results of the study
- •3) Persons who are dependent on alcohol or who are found to be in the habit of excessive alcohol consumption
- •4) Those who have a habit of taking drugs or supplements that affect sleep
- •5) Those who have engaged in time-lagged travel or shift work at least six months prior to the experiment.
- •6) Any other person who is deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator.
