- •presense of myofascial trigger points in shoulder girdle muscles due to non\-traumatic shoulder pain and dysfunction
Exclusion Criteria
- •history of recent fracture of upper limb bones
- •diabetic neuropathies
- •hemiplegia/ hemiparesis
- •needle phobia, needle allergy
- •immune system disorders and etc...
