Inclusion Criteria

Patients aged 18 to 60 years of age of either gender

American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status Class I and II

Sensory and motor function in affected limb will be selected

Surgery under Spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion Criteria

previous femoral bypass surgery

patients with inguinal hernia

patients on previous opioid therapy, psychiatric disorders and polytrauma.

obese and short neck patients

coagulopathy

neuropathy

local infection at the site for block

history of allergy to the study drugs

surgery under Genreal anesthesia.
