Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The study will be carried out on traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients admitted to neurotrauma ICU at Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre, AIIMS, New Delhi. Adult patients admitted to neurotrauma ICU following TBI with age between 18 to 75 years, of either sex, undergoing continuous ICP monitoring, and requiring chest physiotherapy on regular basis
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with open wound over the thoracic region interfering with effective chest physiotherapy, any tendency towards acute bleeding, fractured ribs or fracture dorsal spine, percutaneous emphysema, presence of haemothorax, pneumothorax, or a chest drainage tube will be excluded.
