- •Patient with auto or allo antibodies to red cell antigen and requiring
- •best matched blood unit transfusion
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with passively acquired antibodies
- •Patients having alloantibodies with known specificity where phenotype matched
- •blood units will be given to the patient
