Inclusion Criteria
- •Age 18 †65 years
- •Trigger digit
- •No history of intraarticular steroid injection
Exclusion Criteria
- •Inflammatory or autoimmune arthritis
- •Rheumatoid arthritis
- •Prior tendon injury of the involved digit
- •A current or suspected pregnancy, and breast-feeding
- •Infection site of injection
- •Systematic steroid use
- •Giant cell tumor of tendon sheath
- •Steroid allergy
- •No anticoagulant therapy
- •No bleeding disorder
- •Xylocaine allergy
- •Multiple digits of trigger finger (≥2)
