Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •unilateral pain more than3 months, positive ULTT, Neck disability index not less than 60% , mc gill pain questionnaire score not less than 50, NPRS Score between 6-10
Exclusion Criteria
- •history of trauma, cervicothoracic spine surgery, bilateral symptoms, upper motor neuron impairment , steroids, congenital anomaly
