1.Apparently healthy young females within age range 18 to 35.
2.young females who are able to understand English and Igbo languages were permitted to participate since the study directives were communicated in both languages.
3.Nulliparous non-pregnant females who have not been actively engaging in trunk loading activities like carrying infants or front packs .This was to rule out the confounding influence of survivor effect .
1.Young females with a history of neuromuscular or musculoskeletal pathologies of the spine,thorax and or lower limbs .
2.participants with limb length discrepancy and lower limb disability affecting their gait and balance .
3.young females with cardivascular diseases interfering with the heart rate
