Inclusion Criteria
1-More than 18 years old and less than 60 years old.
2-Patients with a kidney transplant functioning for a minimum of 6 months.
3-No previous coronary vascular event.
Exclusion Criteria
1-Had any previous cardiovascular events or received statin 3 months prior to transplantation.
2-Pregnancy.
3-Terminal illness.
4-Lack of consent.
5-Creatinine clearance less than 60 mL/min
