入选标准
- •Primigravida and Multigravida
- •- Gestational age of 37 completed weeks to 41 weeks
- •- Live singleton pregnancy
- •- Cephalic presentation
- •- In active phase of labour
- •- Membranes intact or ruptured ( PROM <12 hours)
排除标准
- •- Patients having contraindications for usage of HNBB such as Myasthenia Gravis, Narrow angle glaucoma
- •- Multiple pregnancies
- •- conditions where there are Previous Uterine scars
- •- Malpresentation
- •- Cephalo pelvic dispropotion
- •- Antepartum hemorrhage
- •- Medical disorders complicating pregnancies such as severe anemia, cardiac diseases, hypertensive disorders
