Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients selected irrespective of sex, occupation, education and habit

2. Patients above 18 years of age.

3. Patients showing classical sign and symptom of vranshopha

4. Patients arha for raktmokshan .

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients with bleeding disorders

2.Patients having Hb less than 10 gm%

3.Patients having serious systemic disorders

4.Patients having immunosuppressive diseases like HbsAg , HIV, HCV

5. Patients associated with serious complications of cellulitis like sepsis, osteomyelitis,lymphangitis, endocarditis, meningitis.

Siravedh is more effective than glycerine + magnesium sulphate dressing in the management of vranshopha with special reference to cellulitisTimepoint: siravedha will be done on day 1 and patient will be assessed on alterante days till 7 days. <br/ ><br>Outcome will be assessed on following points. <br/ ><br>Pain, Oedema, Tenderness,Burning sensetion,discolouration of skin ,Local temperature ,Discharge, skin tightness, Movements <br/ ><br>â?? <br/ ><br>Time points - first , third , fifth and seventh day <br/ ><br>
