1. Patients selected irrespective of sex, occupation, education and habit
2. Patients above 18 years of age.
3. Patients showing classical sign and symptom of vranshopha
4. Patients arha for raktmokshan .
1.Patients with bleeding disorders
2.Patients having Hb less than 10 gm%
3.Patients having serious systemic disorders
4.Patients having immunosuppressive diseases like HbsAg , HIV, HCV
5. Patients associated with serious complications of cellulitis like sepsis, osteomyelitis,lymphangitis, endocarditis, meningitis.

Name Time Method Siravedh is more effective than glycerine + magnesium sulphate dressing in the management of vranshopha with special reference to cellulitisTimepoint: siravedha will be done on day 1 and patient will be assessed on alterante days till 7 days. <br/ ><br>Outcome will be assessed on following points. <br/ ><br>Pain, Oedema, Tenderness,Burning sensetion,discolouration of skin ,Local temperature ,Discharge, skin tightness, Movements <br/ ><br>â?? <br/ ><br>Time points - first , third , fifth and seventh day <br/ ><br>
