- •This is an observational study which will be conducted in the head and neck outpatient department (OPD) of Tata Memorial Hospital. All patients presenting to the head and neck OPD will be informed about the study and if they are willing to participate in the study, written informed consent will be obtained. A set of questions will be asked to patient in the form of a questionnaire. The patientâ??s responses will be recorded by a competent person, designated by the principal investigator. The data obtained from the questionnaire will be collated and analyzed.
