1.Advanced Lung cancer patients (Stage IV)

2.ECOG 0, 1 and 2

3.Patient who can adhere to followup schedule at tata Memorial Hospital

4.Age more than 18 years

5.Written informed consent

1.ECOG > 2

2.Expected survival <4 weeks
