Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Healthy children( at the time vaccination) of both gender attending the vaccination centre of SPINPH.
  • •All Children from birth to 16 years of age.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Guardian/ attendent who refuse to give assent and contact details for follow up.
  • •2\. Children with fever, cough, cold and having recent history convulsions.
  • •3\. Children with incomplete or insufficient data on AEFI such as missing vaccination documents
