Inclusion Criteria
- •1. thoracotomy patient
- •2. good coorperate
- •3. age 24-75 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. reintubation after surgery and prolong mechanical ventilation
- •2. patients have pneumonectomy
- •3. could not upright > 90 degree
- •4. vital sign instability (HR >120 bpm, RR >30 bpm, SpO2 < 95%, BP < 90/>140 mmHg)
- •5. Limit range of motion at shoulder joint
- •6. re-surgery
