Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. thoracotomy patient
  • 2\. good coorperate
  • 3\. age 24\-75 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. reintubation after surgery and prolong mechanical ventilation
  • 2\. patients have pneumonectomy
  • 3\. could not upright \> 90 degree
  • 4\. vital sign instability (HR \>120 bpm, RR \>30 bpm, SpO2 \< 95%, BP \< 90/\>140 mmHg)
  • 5\. Limit range of motion at shoulder joint
  • 6\. re\-surgery
