Inclusion Criteria

  • 1. thoracotomy patient
  • 2. good coorperate
  • 3. age 24-75 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1. reintubation after surgery and prolong mechanical ventilation
  • 2. patients have pneumonectomy
  • 3. could not upright > 90 degree
  • 4. vital sign instability (HR >120 bpm, RR >30 bpm, SpO2 < 95%, BP < 90/>140 mmHg)
  • 5. Limit range of motion at shoulder joint
  • 6. re-surgery
