Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. thoracotomy patient
- •2\. good coorperate
- •3\. age 24\-75 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. reintubation after surgery and prolong mechanical ventilation
- •2\. patients have pneumonectomy
- •3\. could not upright \> 90 degree
- •4\. vital sign instability (HR \>120 bpm, RR \>30 bpm, SpO2 \< 95%, BP \< 90/\>140 mmHg)
- •5\. Limit range of motion at shoulder joint
- •6\. re\-surgery
