Inclusion Criteria
1) Both male and female
2) Age greater than 18 years
3) Diagnosed cases of Parkinsonâ??s disease.
4) Sufficient cognitive ability to comprehend the questionnaire
Exclusion Criteria
1) Severe disability caused by an earlier
2) neurologic disorder
3) Presence of complications
4) Un-cooperative patients
5) Patients who donâ??t give consent
6) Psychiatric disorders
