Purpose
The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of Tabata training and plyometric training on endurance and agility in female hockey players in order to identify which method is more effective for improving performance in sport-specific demands

Inclusion Criteria
- •INCLUSION CRITERIA Age – 18-22 Female hockey players equally participating.
- •Minimum 2 years of hockey training.
- •Free from any musculoskeletal injury and illness.
- •Participant must give informed consent to participate in study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •EXCLUSION CRITERIA Current or recent musculoskeletal injuries, chronic illnesses, or any medical conditions affecting training ability.
- •Participation in other conflicting training programs.
- •Use of medications or supplements that may affect physical performance.
- •Severe cardiovascular or musculoskeletal conditions.

Ttest 505 agility test

Muscle endurance Step Test 3-Minute Harvard or YMCA Step Test
