Inclusion Criteria
Patient who scheduled pancreaticoduodenectomy or distal pancreatectomy in Siriraj hospital
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient use drug induced visceral fatty accumulation such as amiodarone, steroid, methotrexate, sex hormone
2. Patient with high risk for EUS and surgery: bleeding tendency, unstable hemodynamics, severe cardiovascular disease
