Inclusion Criteria

  • •American society of Anesthesiologists physical status I\-II
  • •Age between 20 \- 60 years.
  • •Patient who have given written informed consent
  • •Mild to moderate obesity

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient not willing
  • •American society of Anesthesiologist physical status lll, IV
  • •Localised infection, URI, Nasal obstruction, adenoid hypertrophy etc.,
  • •Severe renal,hepatic,respiratory and cardiovascular diseases.
  • •Severe and morbid obesity
