Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • American society of Anesthesiologists physical status I\-II
  • Age between 20 \- 60 years.
  • Patient who have given written informed consent
  • Mild to moderate obesity

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patient not willing
  • American society of Anesthesiologist physical status lll, IV
  • Localised infection, URI, Nasal obstruction, adenoid hypertrophy etc.,
  • Severe renal,hepatic,respiratory and cardiovascular diseases.
  • Severe and morbid obesity
