Individuals over 65 years of age; sedentary individuals with less than 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week) verified through the International Physical Activity Questionnaire; with subjective complaints of memory impairment or mild cognitive impairment with scores between 18 and 29 in the Mini Mental State Exam, varying according to level of schooling. All must agree to sign the informed consent form to participate in the research.
Individuals will be excluded from the project: illiterate; with health problems that can prevent safe walks, evaluated by PAR-Q; with psychological/psychiatric problems that may interfere with full participation. The exclusion criteria will be identified by the researcher at the time of recruitment of the research subject during the completion of the screening form.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Increase in the mean difference in the number of steps, distance in km and total calories through the physical activity monitor, verified by means of the t student test method, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the pre- and post-intervention measurements;Mean difference of the discrete and continuous quantitative variables of the questionnaires and tests for knowledge evaluation, barriers, and perception of physical activity; level of physical activity; readiness for physical activity; quality of sleep; neuropsychological tests for the evaluation of cognition; balance and functional mobility; dual task tests; quality of life; daily life activities, verified using the t student test method, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the pre- and post-intervention measurements.
