Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Individuals over 65 years of age; sedentary individuals with less than 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week) verified through the International Physical Activity Questionnaire; with subjective complaints of memory impairment or mild cognitive impairment with scores between 18 and 29 in the Mini Mental State Exam, varying according to level of schooling. All must agree to sign the informed consent form to participate in the research.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Individuals will be excluded from the project: illiterate; with health problems that can prevent safe walks, evaluated by PAR\-Q; with psychological/psychiatric problems that may interfere with full participation. The exclusion criteria will be identified by the researcher at the time of recruitment of the research subject during the completion of the screening form.
