Inclusion Criteria
- Phase1- People aged more than 19 years, available during the data collection period and willing to participate in the study.
- Phase II -The participants identified with stage 3 and above during the phase I.
Exclusion Criteria
- Phase I -Critically ill patients and cognitively impaired, patients undergoing dialysis.
- PhaseII- CKD patients undergoing dialysis, Critically ill patients and cognitively impaired.
