Brief Summary

in this study there is assessment of Medhya effect of Guduchi swarasa (Medhya Rasayana) in 3 different age group (1. 21-30 2. 31-40 3.41-50) of healthy individuals. in this research Guduchi swarasa (stem and leaves) will be given every morning approximately at 6:00 AM empty stomach for 60 days. And there is a scale called Wechsler adult intelligence scale, this scale includes some questions which will decide the IQ of a person. before intervention of Guduchi swarasa and after intervention assessment of IQ of specific person will be done through this scale. Before taking Guduchi swarasa some tests including CBC, HB, BLOOD PRESSURE, blood sugar level measurement will be done to exclude any pathology.

Inclusion Criteria

• Healthy subjects of three age group- 1.
• 21-30 years 2.
• 31-40 years 3.
• 41-50 years Healthy subjects irrespective to their caste, religion, gender will be taken.
• Prior informed written consent will be taken.

Exclusion Criteria

• Healthy subjects with following condition will be excluded 1.
• Congenital diseases.
• Hereditary diseases 3.
• Other co- morbidities.
