Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. The patient meets the criteria:
- •\- Obesity as main diagnostic (BMI\= 30\) and
- •\- the costs for the 4\-week rehabilitation stay are already agreed to be covered by sponsors
- •2\. The patient agreed on taking part in the study and signed the statement of participation
- •3\. The score of at least one of the following scales assessing psychological health is increased:
- •\- WHO\-5\<13, ADS\-K\=18, HADS\-D each score\=10
Exclusion Criteria
- •Serious psychiatric disease (e.g. patients with suicide risk, severe eating disorder, traumatic experience)
- •Serious somatic disease (e.g. carcinoma, status or patients who had liver transplant), that influenced the prognosis of the patiens more then the metabolic disease
- •Patients with only limited German knowledge (particularly in written form)
