Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients undergoing hip surgeries
2.Ages between 20 and 70 years
3.Both sexes
4.ASA 1 and 2
5.Patients with a body weight of more than 50 kilograms
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with severe cardiac diseases, CKD, CLD and respiratory diseases
2.Patients with abnormal coaguilation profiles and coagulopathies
3.Patients with allergic reactions to local anaesthetics
