Inclusion Criteria

  • •Mediastinal Lymphadenopathy

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient \<18 years of age
  • •Bleeding diathesis
  • •Patient with refractory hypoxia
  • •Hemodynamically unstable patient
  • •Chronic renal disease
  • •HIV, HCV, HBsAg positive patients
  • •Active smear positive tuberculosis patient
  • •COVID\-19 positive patients
  • •Nonconsenting patient
  • •History of recent acute coronary syndrome
