- •Mediastinal Lymphadenopathy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient \<18 years of age
- •Bleeding diathesis
- •Patient with refractory hypoxia
- •Hemodynamically unstable patient
- •Chronic renal disease
- •HIV, HCV, HBsAg positive patients
- •Active smear positive tuberculosis patient
- •COVID\-19 positive patients
- •Nonconsenting patient
- •History of recent acute coronary syndrome
