1. A person who has been diagnosed with any of the following conditions
- Patients diagnosed as possible or probable multiple system atrophy, cerebellar subtype according to The Gilman Criteria (2008)
- Patients diagnosed with Sporadic adult onset cerebellar ataxia who have not been identified as other causes according to Abele et al. criteria
-Patients diagnosed with spinocerebellar ataxia on clinical and genetic tests
2. Patients between 30 and 80 years old
3. Scale for the assessment and rating of ataxia (SARA) : below 20 points
4. Those who have no hematological abnormalities
5. Those who have written their consent for research
1. Participitants who are suspected dementia on the K-MMSE test
2. In the case of vascular brain lesion coexisting on radiographic images
3. When severe medical illness coexists
4. Participitants who have a condition that affects your long-term survival
5. pregnant women, lactating women.
6. Under participating in other clinical trials or other stem cell therapy within 6 months
7. HLA antibody is found before administration of test drug
8. Patients deemed inappropriate for participation in clinical trials by other investigators.
